You mentioned so many factors that can enable the right training and
encourage participation. However, there are times when the employee, usually
the front line employee, does not really see the benefits of training. This can
result in lack of expressions of interest in attending training when can be
interpreted that the organization just does not need to place resources in that
area. To help with this, supervisors can be a conduit to building interest
among employees by simply sharing the benefits of training to the employee
(Rawashdeh & Tamimi, 2020).
