Each student will be responsible for completing a critical reflection of their simulation experience. The following questions should be addressed:

• Discuss how you worked to build rapport with the client and what interviewing skills you utilized in this process.
• Please reflect on your own identity, and then discuss how you believe “sameness” and “difference” impacted the interview.
• Please cite one reading from class or one outside reading related to intersectionality and/or cultural humility.
• Ethics: How did you manage professionalism throughout the interview? For instance, how did you balance being genuine and authentic while also maintaining a professional demeanor? What was easier and more difficult about this process?
• How did you make choices around self-disclosure (personal information or reflection of feeling)?
