Explain how you approach a new issue that you have never thought about before?

This week we read about the issue of HPV vaccination. It is one of what I would call “more complex” issues. Generally, I would define these as those that have many correct answers or no easy way to break the question into smaller ones that could be more easily handled or ones in which each side has a vested interest in being correct. Using the HPV case as a starting point, I’d like you to discuss how we should approach these issues. Where do we start in trying to find the correct answer? How do you approach a new issue that you have never thought about before? Please answer these questions and include any other response you might have in a few paragraphs. Make sure you use at least one of the eight bioethics principles in your writing to back up your argument. You must also use at least one peer-reviewed source, appropriately referenced (APA format), in your response. This includes citations where appropriate in your essay. I’m looking for 500 words or more in all to satisfy completion of this discussion (20 points).
