Research – Research various leadership styles. Use the journal articles provided in the module, or the leadership styles discussed in the lecture as a starting point. Use at least 2- to 3 journal articles for your summary.
Identify – Identify 2- to 3 leadership styles to include in your summary. Include the following elements in your summary:
A thorough explanation of each of the chosen leadership styles
Explain how each leadership style aligns with a specific leadership theory discussed in module 1
Discuss your thoughts on which leadership style you represent and include the traits you considered to make the determination
Submit – Submit your 2- to 3-page summary of your chosen leadership styles. Also, make sure to add a title page and a reference page for your journal articles.
